So far there are only a few commercial open source projects,
which rely almost exclusively on Python. Our project is one of
them. In this presentation we share with the community the
experiences we have gained and the lessons we have learned. We
will talk about project organization, but also about some of our
modifications and setups we have made for common development
tools. Particular attention will be given to the packaging of
the release and installer issues.
